2026 NMWS Juried Exhibition (SC host)

 2026  NMWS Members Only Juried Exhibition (hosted by the Southern Chapter)
 
The Southern Chapter will host the NMWS Fall 2025 Juried Exhibition at the Doña Ana Arts Council Gallery, Las Cruces,  from January 2, 2026-February 27, 2026.

All NMWS members are encouraged to enter up to two original water-media pieces of art completed in the last two years around a theme of “Transformations”. Artists are encouraged to interpret a variety of subjects for their entries from a wide range of ideas depicting a transformation. Think about seasons of life or nature; environmental, social or political transformations that you feel strongly about; or urban scenes or landscapes that have transformed—and much more! What are the transformations in your life that you want to boldly depict in your art?

Entries will be through ArtCall and submission will be open mid September through October. A Preliminary Prospectus will be available on the NMWS Website and a final Prospectus and all information about the juried exhibit will be available through ArtCall. The commission fee for all art sold during the exhibition will be 20%.
