SC December Holiday Party: Reveal of the Holiday card exchange and fellowship

Come to the Zoom Holiday Party on December 13th (perhaps with tea and several favorite holiday cookies) and enjoy the card reveal and the companionship of your friends! If the painter or recipient would like, they can turn on their mike and talk about the card.  Members can also bring cards they have received at past Holiday parties and show them on their screen.
 
It will be a mix of present and past holiday art in an updated Zoom Holiday Party. Times and circumstances change but the friendship and comradery of our Southern Chapter remains strong! For our Virtual Holiday get together, we will be hosting a Holiday card exchange through the US Mail with a REVEAL at our meeting on December 13th at 2 pm. 

If you want to participate in our Mail/Virtual exchange: 

Let Beverley Pirtle know by Monday, Nov 23rd that your card is ready. Beverley Pirtle msbevpirtle[at]comcast.net and paint a card approximately 5” x 7”. 

From the list of people who say they are ready, we will create a random assignment of whom to mail it to, and Beverley will send you that person’s address. 

Take a photo of your painted card before you enclose it in an envelope and SNAIL mail it (USPS) to the person by Dec.1st. 

Email the photo to Ruth Burkett rburk60[at]gmail.com by Dec.1st and she will put it with the others on our SmugMug photo site. *Send it as an attachment (not in the body of the email) and name the file using this example:  Title LastName FirstName.jpg 

Can't make it to the party but want to see the Reveal?  The SmugMug album will be available for public viewing after the meeting.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so that we can work out any small issues before the meeting starts. 

The video will be available to watch later in the week on the NMWS YouTube Channel, which is unlisted. Information and the video link to YouTube will be sent to members by email.
