CALENDAR:
Registration Opens 8:00 a.m. on Friday, March 2, 2018. Please register ONLY through the NMWS website HOME PAGE
Registration DEADLINE is @ 5:00 PM on Saturday, March 31, 2018.
Notification of accepted paintings will be announced by email no later than Monday, April 9, 2018.
Hand-delivered paintings received 12:00-2:00 PM at the Fine Arts Gallery, EXPO-NM (Fairgrounds). Late arrivals between 2:00-4:00 PM will be accepted, but will NOT be judged and will not be eligible for awards. Paintings will NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER 4:00 PM and will be disqualified from the show.
Spring Show Opening Reception is on Saturday, May 5, 2018 from 1-4 PM in the Fine Arts Gallery at EXPO-NM, (State Fairgrounds). Enter Gate #3 at San Pedro and Copper St. NE. EXPO-Parking charges may apply.
Spring Exhibition is Open to the Public, starting Sunday, May 6, 2018 Thursdays-Sundays 10 AM – 4 PM, through Sunday, May 27, 2018.
Exhibition Closed and Building cleared at 4 PM on Sunday, May 27.
Pickup of unsold works will commence at 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM on Sunday, May 27th.
NO PAINTINGS WILL BE RELEASED EARLY
Paintings not picked up BY 5:30 PM will be charged a
$10 handling fee, per painting
