The February NMWS meeting will feature Todd Tibbals demonstrating his watercolor/collage technique. His subjects are frequently scenes of towns and villages of South America, inspired by his time in the Peace Corps. An excellent speaker and storyteller, he has won many awards over the years, including the Masterworks show in Albuquerque, and the Western Federation of Watercolor Societies annual show.
