The New Mexico Watercolor Society - Southern Chapter sponsors workshops in Las Cruces. These workshops are often taught either by local, well-known artists or by the jurors that have been invited to evaluate our exhibit in the spring each year. Recent workshops have been taught by: Bill Bissell, SWS; acrylic artist, David Rothermel; local watercolorists, Marie Siegrist, Nancy Frost Begin, Laurel Weathersbee; and watercolorist Marian Alstad.
When we begin accepting applications for upcoming workshops, application forms will be posted on this page of the web site and made available to members at monthly meetings and via email. Workshops are offered first to members of the New Mexico Watercolor Society-SC. Contact Beverley Pirtle for more info or to sign up for any workshop: bapirtle@comcast.net. If you have questions, you may contact Beverley or the instructor directly.
