  4. The text below it includes the current bylaw indicating the proposed changes in CAPITAL LETTERS.

  5. Following this information, the method of amending the bylaw is in capital letters including the rationale for the change.

As of May 12 the report is on the NMWS website at www.NMwatercolorsociety.org and can be downloaded for all members to review. If needed, members can request a mailed copy by calling the committee chairman at 286-4106.

The Board will have until May 17, 2008 Saturday to take a position of recommendation to be included in the ballot.

The ballot will be mailed to the entire membership on May 19, 2008 to be returned by May 30. The ballots will be counted on May 31, 2008 Saturday.
